I always thought I'd written a How To for this based on the Punto - this is perhaps the simplest mod you can do to your car - and best of all, it's free!
Tools are minimal, an old bank style card, some water and T Cut/Polish. There are slightly various ways to do this, but I have my own particular way which has never failed me yet!
With the Badge still fully on the front wing (Punto/Bravo/Brava these are glued on) carefully slide the card between the badge and the wing, cutting it away but leaving a sticky goo behind. This should be done as flat as possible, do minimise any chips on the wing. Once the whole badge is off, wet the area (in my case today I had windowlene handy) then carefully 'nudge' a corner of the card into the goo. This will gently, and slowly, remove the crap left behind.
Once the majority of said crap is lifted, what I found easiest was rewetting the area (for some reason, windowlene was my weapon of choice again) then its time for T Cut. I wouldnt recommend using any other liquids on the wing, in case of any chemical reaction with T Cut. It maybe won't happen, but I dont want the blame. Gently T Cut the area as normal, until all imperfections are gone. Clean off, and then polish up to leave a nice, clean wing.
